Mr. Hogar Cheto, President of the Public Aid Organization (PAO)

On behalf of Metro Center, we warmly congratulate you and your members on the occasion of your sixth congress and the election of the president and members of the board of trustees.

Since its establishment, PAO has played an important role in raising awareness of human rights principles, strengthening the capacity of civil society organizations, volunteering among citizens and raising awareness of the principles of citizenship, rule of law, justice and equality.

We congratulate you once again and hope that the decisions and recommendations of your congress will expand the projects and activities and provide services to marginalized communities in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region without any discrimination and work to consolidate the principles on which your organization is based.
